Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made through the Bangabasi College Online Payment Portal.

1. General Policy

All payments made towards admission fees, examination fees, or any other institutional charges are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. No Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Duplicate Payment

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions, where the same payment has been made more than once for the same purpose.

4. Refund Process

• The student must report the issue to the college with valid transaction details.
• After verification, the eligible refund will be processed.
• Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

• Incorrect payment made by the user
• Payment for wrong challan or category
• Change of mind after successful transaction

6. Payment Gateway

All transactions are processed through ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. Any delay due to banking systems or payment gateway processing is beyond the control of the college.
