3. Payment Terms

All payments made through this portal are for academic and institutional purposes.
Once a payment is successfully completed, it will be recorded against the respective student account.
Payments are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against other accounts.

4. Transaction Responsibility

The student is responsible for verifying payment details before confirming the transaction. The college will not be responsible for incorrect payments made due to user error.

5. System Availability

While the college strives to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not guarantee that the system will be available at all times due to maintenance or technical issues.

6. Security

Users must not attempt to compromise the security of the system. Any unauthorized attempt to access, modify, or misuse data will be treated as a violation and may lead to legal action.

7. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed through ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. The college is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the payment gateway or banking network.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bangabasi College shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of this portal, including transaction failures or system errors.

9. Changes to Terms

The college reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
